Rhu wipppp

Character name Rhu short for Rhubarb fitting with the saiyan naming conventions. Rhu will be a half saiyan with her father being King Vegeta making prince Vegeta her half brother. Her mother will be forever unknown. Nobody will know she is a half breed for some time but some hints will be the fact her hair grows and her green eyes.
Rhu learns how to slow down her perception of time with her Ki possibly after recovering her reincarnation memories. She also uses ki blasts to enhance her fighting speeding up her blows unexpectedly and making them hit harder. All this ki usage wears her out fast though.

Being a half-baked of King Vegeta she is sent away. At some point they'll suspect her of being a mixed breed at which point Bulma will test her DNA which is when they'll find out she is Vegeta's younger sister by 4 years

She'll have survived the extinction event by being in critical condition after being sent to take a planet on her own and is orphaned after she recovers from an injury when she grows older she suffers a lot of racism. She leaves to search the galaxy for survivors and grows decently strong even gaining  a different form of instant transmission. She learns of the two saiyans on earth and heads there. She arrives after the cell saga. She trains with vegeta unlocking super saiyan 1 and 2 then 3 during buu saga. During this time she finds out about the dragon balls and wishes Raditz back.

Notable story arcs are
Finding out she is a reincarnation.
Searching the galaxy for other Saiyan's in hiding likely taking place before the buu saga.
Finding out about the dragon balls bringing people back to life after Goku dies. and getting passed off they haven't wished their kind back alive. Then wishing Raditz alive and starting a relationship with him. Radiz has reformed and is the one from team 4 stars hiel.
Tournament of power threatens to undo all the work she has put in bringing the Saiyan race back from extinction.
