Tandria, Gokus adoptive daughter.

Tandria's Parents were sent on a long mission to another planet and gave birth to Tandria on that planet. The strange atmosphere turned her hair pink. After discovering their planet had been blow up her parents committed suicide. They wanted their daughter to live though so they sent her in a pod to earth.
Goku sensed the girl falling from the sky and felt a strong presence so went to investigate with Chi-Chi. Chi-Chi felt bad for the abandoned baby and adopted it. Having not known what she was or how strong she was they didn't train her.
